SPRINT and Champs2
CHAMPS2 is a business transformation methodology, accredited by APMG, which can be used to manage the change of technology, organisation structure, processes and working styles. It is complementary to other methods such as PRINCE2® and MSP® and is adaptable for use in a range of change initiatives of any scale, across both public and private sector organisations. The method is in the public domain and is available without charge from the CHAMPS2 website
