Peer Review Workshop (A SPRINT Phase II task)

Task Description

After the completion of the various Phase II tasks, a report will be put together by one or more of the BPR team. The Peer Review workshop is an informal opportunity to look over the report that has been produced - even if it is only at draft stage - and receive feedback from your 'peers', which may be limited to other BPR consultants, or include other relevant parties.

See  Communications Plan

Task Implementation

A peer review workshop will usually involve the circulation of the draft Phase II report followed by an informal meeting where constructive feedback can be given.

See Empowerment & Involvement

Outcomes

The outcome of the workshop will be the completed version of the Phase II report that can then go to the Project Steering Group and the service users.
